About GoldMining
GoldMining is a Vancouver-based company that buys and advances gold projects across the Americas. It is listed on the TSX and NYSE American. Its portfolio spans Brazil, Colombia, Canada, the United States and Peru. Its approach is to build resources and studies, not to operate mines.
Colombia is one of its main regions. All three Colombian projects sit in the Mid-Cauca gold-copper belt south and southwest of Medellín, in Antioquia. Neighbours include Aris Mining’s Marmato mine and Collective Mining’s Guayabales project. La Mina has an updated PEA (a preliminary economic assessment, an early-stage study of possible mine economics) dated April 2026. Titiribí holds the largest resource of the three. Yarumalito saw its first drilling in more than a decade in 2026.
Outside Colombia, the most active project in 2026 is São Jorge in Brazil. It got a PEA in June 2026, and on October 28, 2026 the company said it had started a pre-feasibility study there. GoldMining also owns about 70.9% of U.S. GoldMining Inc. (Whistler project, Alaska) and holds stakes in Gold Royalty Corp. and NevGold Corp. Its other projects include Yellowknife and Rea in Canada and Crucero in Peru.
GoldMining has no production revenue. It pays for its work from cash, from selling shares through an at-the-market (ATM) program, and from its stakes in other companies. Spending on the Colombian projects is small. It was about C$1.7 million across all three (Yarumalito C$0.89M, Titiribí C$0.54M, La Mina C$0.30M) in the nine months to August 31, 2026.
GoldMining’s Colombian projects
La Mina
La Mina lies about 51 km southwest of Medellín. In 2021 the company described the land as 3,210 hectares across two concession contracts and two applications. The resource covers two deposits within 400 m of each other, La Cantera and Middle Zone. Both are porphyry-style gold-copper systems near surface.
An updated PEA, announced April 28, 2026, models a 15,000 tonne-per-day open pit feeding flotation and leach circuits over 11.2 years. Base-case after-tax NPV (5% discount) is about US$1.0 billion and IRR is 32.2%, at US$3,500/oz gold and US$4.70/lb copper. Initial capital is US$523.3 million. Average production in years 1–5 is about 125,800 oz of gold and 22.4 Mlb of copper a year. AISC (all-in sustaining cost) is US$1,045/oz gold on a by-product basis. The technical report (effective April 22, 2026) was filed June 8, 2026. The PEA includes Inferred resources and is not proof that a mine is economic.
Resources: Indicated 33.8 Mt at 0.73 g/t Au, 0.21% Cu, 2.08 g/t Ag (1.15 Moz AuEq; 794 koz Au, 159 Mlb Cu) + Inferred 56.2 Mt at 0.58 g/t Au, 0.14% Cu, 2.32 g/t Ag (1.45 Moz AuEq; 1,049 koz Au, 171 Mlb Cu), pit-constrained (NI 43-101, effective Dec 20, 2022, as cited in the April 28, 2026 PEA release)
Titiribí
Titiribí is a single concession of about 3,919 hectares, roughly 70 km southwest of Medellín, in a historic gold district. Its resource sits in three deposits: Cerro Vetas (a gold-copper porphyry), Chisperos and NW Breccia. It is GoldMining’s largest Colombian resource by ounces, but grades are low.
The company submitted its PTO (the work and construction program, Colombia’s mine plan filing) to the ANM in April 2025, and it is still under review. Environmental baseline studies began in December 2025, and a geotechnical study started in 2026. In August 2021 the Titiribí municipal council adopted a land-use plan that restricts mining. GoldMining says the plan does not currently affect its work and that it will appeal when needed. The project remains in good standing, the company says.
Resources: Measured & Indicated 434.6 Mt at 0.40 g/t Au and 0.11% Cu (5.54 Moz Au, 1,061 Mlb Cu; 7.88 Moz AuEq) + Inferred 241.9 Mt at 0.41 g/t Au (3.16 Moz Au; 3.62 Moz AuEq) (NI 43-101, effective June 14, 2021)
Yarumalito
Yarumalito is a 1,453-hectare concession that runs to March 7, 2043. It lies about 40 km south of La Mina and about 10 km north of the Marmato mine and the Guayabales project. It has direct road access and grid power nearby. Mineralization is linked to an intrusive rock unit called P-1 porphyry. Historical holes from 2005–2013 returned long gold-copper intervals from surface, including 257 m at 0.50 g/t gold and 0.1% copper in hole YAR-06.
The approved PTO required about 1,200 m of drilling in 2026. Drilling started in May 2026, and four diamond holes totalling 1,218 m were completed. On October 6, 2026 the company reported the first hole, YAR-45, at 399.9 m of 0.45 g/t gold equivalent from surface to the end of the hole. Mineralization stays open along strike and at depth. Assays for YAR-46 to YAR-48 were pending. An environmental impact assessment has been submitted to Corantioquia, the regional environmental authority.
Resources: Inferred 66.3 Mt at 0.58 g/t Au and 0.09% Cu (1.23 Moz Au, 129 Mlb Cu) at a 0.50 g/t AuEq cut-off, based on 50 historical holes (NI 43-101, effective April 1, 2020)

Key risks for GoldMining stock
- Titiribí municipal land-use plan (2021) restricts mining. It is not being enforced against the project today, but it could become a legal hurdle.
- Low-grade, bulk-tonnage deposits depend on high gold and copper prices and large capital budgets.
- Colombia gets a small share of spending (about C$1.7M in nine months to August 2026), as the company puts more into Brazil.
- Cash is modest (C$16.7M at August 31, 2026), and funding relies on ATM share sales and on selling holdings, which can dilute shareholders.
- Permitting timelines at the ANM and regional environmental authorities are slow and uncertain.
- The La Mina PEA relies partly on Inferred resources, which carry high geological uncertainty.
