Publisher
Veta Madre Review is published by Tyvora Ventures, Toronto, Ontario. Tyvora Ventures and its principals work in the Canadian junior resource sector.
Independence
No company, government body or industry group decides what we cover or what we say about it. Companies we write about do not review or approve our articles before publication.
Conflicts of interest
The publisher and its principals may hold securities in, or have business relationships with, resource companies. Our rule is simple: if the publisher or its principals hold, acquire or plan to acquire securities in a company we cover, or have any business relationship with it, we disclose that clearly in the article before or alongside the coverage. We will never present a company in which we have an interest as neutral coverage without saying so.
How stories are chosen
We select stories on their significance to investors following Colombian mining: changes in policy and regulation, permitting decisions, resource and study updates, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and developments affecting security, communities or the operating environment. We prefer primary sources, including company filings and news releases, government and agency statements, and court and regulatory documents, and we link to our sources wherever we can.
AI-assisted drafting and human review
We use AI tools to help monitor news and to prepare first drafts of articles. Every article is reviewed and approved by an editor before it is published, and the publisher is responsible for everything that appears on the site.
Corrections
We aim to be accurate. If we get something wrong, we will correct it promptly and add a dated note to the article explaining what was changed. To report an error, email [email protected] with the article link and the correction.
Sponsored content
We do not publish paid content unless it is clearly labelled “Sponsored” at the top of the item, with the sponsor named. Advertising and sponsorship do not influence our editorial coverage.
Technical information
Technical disclosure we report, such as mineral resources, mineral reserves, drill results and study outcomes, comes from companies’ own public filings, including technical reports prepared under Canada’s National Instrument 43-101 or Australia’s JORC Code. We do not independently verify that information. Readers should consult the original filings, including the qualified or competent person statements, cautionary notes and assumptions they contain.
