Colombian Mining & Exploration

Media

Some stories are best told in a picture or a voice. Our media hub is where we will bring video and conversations about Colombian stocks and mining in Colombia, alongside the written work you already know.

Reading a filing tells you a lot. Seeing the core box, or hearing a geologist explain a structure in their own words, tells you something else. We want both.

The hub is still being built, so think of this page as a trail marker. Below you will find what is on the way and how to get involved. Everything here follows the same rules as our written coverage of Colombian mining companies: sourced, explained and never a recommendation.

What to expect

Videos

Short explainers and field notes, coming soon. We plan to cover the basics, from how a porphyry copper system forms to how a mining title moves through the permit process, the same ground our Colombia 101 series covers in writing. Plain language, a few minutes each, no hype.

Interviews

Conversations with the CEOs, geologists and leaders building in Colombia, coming soon. We want to hear how they read the ground, the permits and the communities around their projects, and how that connects to the Colombian exploration companies and producers in our company tracker. We ask straight questions and let people answer them.

Media kit and press

Journalists, event organizers and partners looking for background on Veta Madre Review, please contact the newsroom at [email protected]. Our About page and editorial standards are a good place to start.

How to pitch an interview

If you lead a company, a project or an organization working in Colombian mining, and you think you have a story worth telling, write to us. Tell us briefly who you are, what you are working on and why now. Please link any public filings or releases that support the story.

We are especially interested in the less obvious voices: the exploration manager who has walked every ridge on the property, the community liaison who knows the families along the river, the permitting specialist who can explain what the paperwork actually requires. Good conversations often come from the people closest to the ground.

Interviews are editorial, not paid placements. Being interviewed does not mean favourable coverage, and companies do not review content before it is published. Anything sponsored is always labelled as such. The details are in our disclosure policy.

Field note: The best interview pitches are specific. “We just got our environmental licence and here is what it changes” beats “we have a great project” every time.
